Event #4 – FMO Holiday Run to Village Brewhouse Presented by Nor-Tech
Our traditional Holiday Run is very untraditional this year. We will be returning to Village Brewhouse at Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorta but that’s where the normalcy stops. With uncertainty still in the waterways of SWFL we will NOT have an organized start from the Sanibel Causeway. We are encouraging members to come by car and motorcycle for our fundraising lunch. There will be dock space for about 15-20 boats rafted up if you would like to boat up on your own free will.
The event will be from 11:30am – 2:30pm with lunch at noon. We are set up for the outdoor patio overlooking the dock and also the indoor section leading out to the patio. Lunch will be a buffet that you will pay your individual table server for at the restaurant. If you attended last year’s run or the last several Turkey run’s you know Village Brew House kills it for us with their food. Probably the best of any venue we go to.
This is the first of two designated fundraising events for our student scholarship program. We are asking each captain to pay a minimum of $100 per boat / car / motorcycle (more at your discretion).
